Degu 'Secrets'

When kept in groups or pairs, degus make wonderful soft chortling and whistling noises as if they are telling secrets to one another. They seem to enjoy letting you overhear their "secrets." These private conversations have a wonderful way of bringing peace and tranquility to the owner if he or she will just sit and listen to the animals converse with each other.
