Lots of Water

All pets must have access to clean water at all times. Some species, such as chinchillas and gerbils, require less water because of physiological adaptations to living in arid environments, but they still need an ever-present water source. A sipper water bottle is the best choice because it cannot be contaminated with bedding, food, feces or urine.
